As products are sold as-is. Occasionally I can edit a piece for a customer, but not often. All products have a lifetime warranty, meaning you can send them for repair. Repairs on items are sometimes difficult, as the pieces I make are unique and one of a kind, and exact replacement materials may not always be available.We are not responsible for lost mail, or lost or stolen pieces. We are not responsible for any kind of damage or injury involving this piece.
